井立強(qiáng),男,1973年出生,博士,教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,教育部長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者特聘教授、科技部中青年科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才、教育部創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)帶頭人、教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才、黑龍江省龍江學(xué)者特聘教授、省政府特殊津貼專家、省級(jí)領(lǐng)軍人才梯隊(duì)帶頭人、省杰出青年科學(xué)基金獲得者和省青年科技獎(jiǎng)獲得者。

1991-1997年在吉林大學(xué)分析測(cè)試專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)與工作,1997 -2000年在吉林大學(xué)攻讀環(huán)境科學(xué)專業(yè)理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位,2000-2003年在哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)攻讀環(huán)境工程專業(yè)工學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2003年5月至今在黑龍江大學(xué)工作,2004和2006年先后被破格晉聘為副教授和教授。2004-2006年在吉林大學(xué)化學(xué)學(xué)科博士后科研流動(dòng)站在職做博士后研究工作。2009-2010年在英國(guó)Imperial College London化學(xué)系作為國(guó)家公派訪問教授訪學(xué)1年。

現(xiàn)任黑龍江大學(xué)化學(xué)化工與材料學(xué)院黨委書記、功能無機(jī)材料化學(xué)教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副主任,中國(guó)復(fù)合材料學(xué)會(huì)礦物復(fù)合材料專業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任委員、中國(guó)可再生能源學(xué)會(huì)光化學(xué)專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員、中國(guó)感光學(xué)會(huì)光催化專業(yè)委員會(huì)常務(wù)委員和全國(guó)材料新技術(shù)發(fā)展研究會(huì)常務(wù)理事。多年來堅(jiān)持主講本科生“材料結(jié)構(gòu)分析”、碩士生“表面物理化學(xué)”和博士生“瞬態(tài)光物理”等重要課程。

近10年來主要圍繞環(huán)境與能源光催化領(lǐng)域開展研究,在材料光生電荷動(dòng)力學(xué)過程調(diào)控及分析等已形成了特色。創(chuàng)新性地證實(shí)了光生電子還原活化吸附氧是影響污染物轉(zhuǎn)化為CO2等性能的關(guān)鍵,并成功地發(fā)展了可促進(jìn)氧氣吸附的修飾新策略;也證實(shí)了在可見光催化劑表面合適能量光生電子還原活化吸附氧和CO2等是影響環(huán)境物質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化與能源再生產(chǎn)性能的關(guān)鍵,并成功地發(fā)展了引入適當(dāng)水平電子能級(jí)平臺(tái)的新策略。共主持承擔(dān)了包含國(guó)家自然科學(xué)聯(lián)合基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、重大研究計(jì)劃培育項(xiàng)目和973計(jì)劃前期研究專項(xiàng)在內(nèi)的10余項(xiàng)省部級(jí)以上重要課題。已獲中國(guó)授權(quán)發(fā)明專利11項(xiàng),和省科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)(自然科學(xué)類)一等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)。

作為第1或通訊作者,至今已在“Chem Soc Rev”、“Energy Environ Sci”、“Adv Energy Mater”、“ACS Catal”、“Appl Catal B: Environ”、“J Mater Chem A”、“ACS Appl Mater Inter”、“Chem Commun”、“Environ Sci Tech”、“Environ Sci: Nano”和“Sus Energy Fuel”等上發(fā)表SCI論文140余篇,其中IF大于3的1、2區(qū)國(guó)際SCI論文有100余篇、ESI ToP論文16篇。被SCI論文引用7800余次,個(gè)人SCI H因子38,連續(xù)近4年成為了Elsevier公司發(fā)布的中國(guó)高被引學(xué)者。研究論文多次被“ACS C&EN”、“Wiley China”和“X-Mol”等學(xué)術(shù)媒體和交流平臺(tái)重點(diǎn)推介。經(jīng)常性地受邀在與環(huán)境、能源、催化、材料等相關(guān)的國(guó)內(nèi)外重要學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議上做主題報(bào)告等。
