  黃惠芬:博士,副教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師。1992年中國(guó)紡織大學(xué)獲學(xué)士學(xué)位,1998年華南師范大學(xué)物理系獲碩士學(xué)位,2004年上海交通大學(xué)電子工程系博士學(xué)位,2004-2005年日本北九洲大學(xué)博士后,2005-2006年在日本東芝研究與發(fā)展中心從事芯片封裝設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)工作,2007年通過(guò)海外人才引進(jìn)到華南理工大學(xué)。研究方向包括電磁場(chǎng)理論、微電子系統(tǒng)信號(hào)連接線(含超導(dǎo)連接線)與封裝結(jié)構(gòu)的電特性分析以及高速通信系統(tǒng)專用電路的分析等。一直對(duì)高速集成電路互連和電磁兼容,封裝技術(shù)和射頻電路進(jìn)行基本理論和技術(shù)跟蹤性研究,負(fù)責(zé)人在東芝研究與發(fā)展中心從事兩年高端產(chǎn)品的封裝與電磁兼容設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā),了解電磁兼容急需解決的課題,發(fā)表35篇論文,其中5篇IEEE Trans. 上發(fā)表,24篇EI檢索,12篇SCI檢索,專利2項(xiàng)。招生專業(yè):電磁場(chǎng)與微波技術(shù),通信。
