    課題組長簡介

    周磊,男,39歲,廣西大學動物科學技術(shù)學院教授、博士生導師,副院長。入選首批廣西壯族自治區(qū)高層次人才、廣西優(yōu)秀專家、廣西“百人計劃”,獲廣西青年五四獎?wù)拢袊竽莲F醫(yī)學會動物遺傳育種學分會理事、生理生化學分會理事,農(nóng)業(yè)生物化學與分子生物學分會理事,亞熱帶農(nóng)業(yè)生物資源保護與利用國家重點實驗室固定研究人員。先后留學德國糖尿病研究中心(杜塞爾多夫)、法國原子能委員會(巴黎)、美國賓夕法尼亞大學(費城)。2013年作為學術(shù)帶頭人引進到廣西大學,建立分子營養(yǎng)課題組。廣西大學是雙一流學科建設(shè)高校,入選教育部部區(qū)合建高校。課題組隸屬國家重點實驗室和自治區(qū)一流建設(shè)學科,課題組現(xiàn)有動物代謝籠、核磁、CT等大型設(shè)備,具有生物化學和分子生物學研究的常規(guī)設(shè)備,在今后幾年的雙一流建設(shè)中還將購置近千萬的設(shè)備,實驗平臺不弱于國內(nèi)、抑或國外相關(guān)專業(yè)。課題組正在開展基因功能、高通量測序分析、小分子化合物篩選和設(shè)計(已購置Discovery Studio軟件)等工作,目前已積累非常豐富的組學數(shù)據(jù),非常歡迎對生物、生物信息、分子模擬、化學生物學感興趣的同學加入。聯(lián)系方式:zhoulei@gxu.edu.cn。

    課題組情況

    分子營養(yǎng)課題組依托廣西大學動物科學技術(shù)學院和亞熱帶農(nóng)業(yè)生物資源保護與利用國家重點實驗室,研究方向為糖脂代謝調(diào)控,在醫(yī)學上主要針對肥胖、糖尿病、脂肪肝等代謝疾??;在畜牧上研究脂肪性狀對繁殖、肉質(zhì)、瘦肉率的調(diào)控。已在hepatology、nucleic acids research等高水平雜志上發(fā)表多篇論文。課題組長周老師入選廣西自治區(qū)優(yōu)秀專家、百人計劃、廣西大學杰出人才培養(yǎng)計劃,團隊承擔多項國家級、省部級研究課題。

    1. 周老師從科研思路、實驗技能和論文寫作方面親自指導學生,與學生一起做研究,全方位培養(yǎng)學生

    2. 課題組與美國、德國等多個課題組保持著長期合作關(guān)系,優(yōu)秀研究生和博士后根據(jù)項目進展和合作需要,有機會赴德國或美國進行聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)或合作研究,畢業(yè)或出站后盡力推薦去國外一流課題組繼續(xù)深造
