經(jīng)濟學院堅持“特色、質(zhì)量、國際化”的辦學理念,遵循高等教育發(fā)展規(guī)律、學科專業(yè)建設規(guī)律和人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)律,以科學研究為龍頭,以學術(shù)團隊建設、打造特色研究方向領(lǐng)域為路徑,堅持學科建設與人才培養(yǎng)相結(jié)合原則,以提高本科生、研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量、學術(shù)聲譽和社會服務能力為核心目標,按照“一切有利于學生成長成才、一切有利于學科專業(yè)健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展、一切有利于全體師生生命共同體的和諧發(fā)展和大學文化的傳承創(chuàng)新”的宗旨,不斷推進人才培養(yǎng)、學科建設、專業(yè)建設和學院文化的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。
為了適應三次創(chuàng)業(yè)需要,學校于2014年3月對機構(gòu)設置作出重大調(diào)整,以原經(jīng)濟學院經(jīng)濟學、國際經(jīng)濟與貿(mào)易專業(yè)和原信息科學學院電子商務專業(yè)為主體,設立經(jīng)濟與貿(mào)易學院(以下簡稱經(jīng)貿(mào)學院)。2016年2月,經(jīng)貿(mào)學院獲批設立貿(mào)易經(jīng)濟專業(yè),形成了以經(jīng)濟學為基礎(chǔ),對外貿(mào)易、對內(nèi)貿(mào)易和網(wǎng)絡貿(mào)易相互支撐和融合的專業(yè)體系。2018年2月,經(jīng)貿(mào)學院更名經(jīng)濟學院,把原公共經(jīng)濟學院的財政學、稅收學專業(yè)整合進原經(jīng)濟與貿(mào)易學院,成立新的經(jīng)濟學院,承擔理論經(jīng)濟學和應用經(jīng)濟學一級學科建設任務。
經(jīng)濟學院學科梯隊結(jié)構(gòu)合理,教學科研實力雄厚,學術(shù)氛圍濃郁,學科建設與科研成果突出,專業(yè)建設與人才培養(yǎng)效果顯著。學院現(xiàn)有教師124人,其中教授23人、副教授46人、博士104人,有44余人次先后獲得不同層次的殊榮。近三年,全院教師出版著作、教材6部,發(fā)表論文130余篇,其中SSCI收錄4篇, EI收錄2篇,CSSCI收錄期刊發(fā)表論文 55篇,承擔國家自科基金項目和國家社科基金項目共14項,省部級項目18項,市廳級課題30項,科研經(jīng)費為483萬。學院現(xiàn)下設6個系:經(jīng)濟學系、國際貿(mào)易系、電子商務系、貿(mào)易經(jīng)濟系、財政學系、稅收學系;學院設6個本科專業(yè):經(jīng)濟學、財政學、稅收學、國際經(jīng)濟與貿(mào)易、貿(mào)易經(jīng)濟以及電子商務專業(yè)。學院設11個碩士專業(yè):政治經(jīng)濟學(學碩)、 西方經(jīng)濟學(學碩)、世界經(jīng)濟(學碩)、人口、資源與環(huán)境經(jīng)濟學(學碩)、國民經(jīng)濟學(學碩)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟學、國際貿(mào)易學、數(shù)量經(jīng)濟學、財政學、國際商務專業(yè)碩士(專碩,新設)。
學院現(xiàn)有省高校優(yōu)勢學科建設工程二期項目重點序列學科1個:應用經(jīng)濟學;省“十三五”重點(培育)學科1個:理論經(jīng)濟學;省重點建設學科2個:政治經(jīng)濟學、國民經(jīng)濟學;省“青藍工程”優(yōu)秀科技創(chuàng)新團隊1個:“價值鏈分工的經(jīng)濟效應”研究團隊;“十三五”校重點學科2個:理論經(jīng)濟學、應用經(jīng)濟學;“十三五”校重點培育交叉學科1個:跨境電商經(jīng)濟與管理;省級高等學校品牌特色專業(yè)1個:國際經(jīng)濟與貿(mào)易專業(yè);校級特色專業(yè)2個:經(jīng)濟學專業(yè)和電子商務專業(yè);中央地方共建項目4個:國際貿(mào)易模擬實驗室、電子商務實驗室、經(jīng)濟預測與決策實驗室和數(shù)量經(jīng)濟科研創(chuàng)新平臺;省級實踐教育中心1個;跨境電子商務創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐教育中心;校級學術(shù)研究機構(gòu)2個:國民經(jīng)濟研究所、中匈學術(shù)文化研究中心;內(nèi)設學術(shù)研究機構(gòu)2個:經(jīng)濟發(fā)展研究中心,分工交易與超邊際研究所;特色研究院5個:社會與經(jīng)濟研究院(長江學者孫寧團隊)、政治與經(jīng)濟研究院(長江學者黃少安團隊)、城市發(fā)展研究院(長江學者宋順鋒團隊)、澤爾騰經(jīng)濟學實驗室(長江學者楊春雷團隊)、新經(jīng)濟研究院(裴長洪團隊)。
經(jīng)過2009年國務院學位辦授權(quán)和2009年至2013年的建設,一級學科理論經(jīng)濟學、應用經(jīng)濟學下設的九個二級學科于2014年開始面向全國招收學術(shù)型碩士研究生。應用經(jīng)濟學一級為學科所屬的國民經(jīng)濟學、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟學、國際貿(mào)易學、數(shù)量經(jīng)濟學五個二級學科方向;理論經(jīng)濟學一級學科所屬的政治經(jīng)濟學、西方經(jīng)濟學、世界經(jīng)濟、人口、資源與環(huán)境經(jīng)濟學四個二級學科方向。
經(jīng)濟學院現(xiàn)有全日制本科生1909人,碩士研究生80人。學院培養(yǎng)的學生科研、實踐創(chuàng)新能力強,近年來,我院學生在《世界經(jīng)濟》、《中國工業(yè)經(jīng)濟》、《審計經(jīng)濟與研究》、《產(chǎn)經(jīng)評論》、《華東經(jīng)濟管理》等期刊發(fā)表論文70余篇;10余篇畢業(yè)論文獲省級或校級優(yōu)秀,近30名學生在全國大學生電子商務“三創(chuàng)賽”中獲獎,150名學生主持的“大學生創(chuàng)新實踐”項目獲得省級、校級或院級立項。畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率較高,近兩年來就業(yè)率穩(wěn)定在95%以上,社會評價良好。麥可思(MYCOS)教育數(shù)據(jù)咨詢公司的“南京審計大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)與能力測評報告”顯示,經(jīng)濟學、電子商務、國際經(jīng)濟與貿(mào)易、財政學、稅收學專業(yè)畢業(yè)生在就業(yè)、市場競爭力、對母校和所學專業(yè)等方面的認同數(shù)據(jù),在全國同類財經(jīng)院校中位居前列。
The School of Economics and Trade (SET) adheres to the principal of “Characteristic, Quality and Internationalization”. We follow the law of higher education development, discipline construction and talent cultivation, attaching great importance to scientific research, academic team construction and advanced discipline building. We also try our utmost to combine disciplines construction with talent cultivation, aiming at improving the quality of undergraduates and postgraduates as well as academic reputation and social service ability. According to the tenets “all should be helpful for the development of the students, all should be conducive for the healthy and sustainable improvement of disciplines, all should be good for the harmony between the teachers and students, and all should be favorable for the culture inheritance and innovation”, we shall still make efforts to promote talent cultivation, discipline and profession construction.
In order to meet the requirements of the third revolution of Nanjing Audit University (NAU), our university made remarkable reorganizations in March 2014 and SET was established on the basis of the departments of Economics, international trade & economics, and electronic commerce. In February 2016, the major of Trade Economy was approved to set, giving rise to the formation of a professional system which was based on Economics. Foreign Trade, Domestic Trade and Internet Commerce are now integrated.
STE has a sound structure of disciplines, strong teaching and research strength, and rich academic atmosphere. We have made great achievements in discipline construction, professional development and talent cultivation. There are currently 80 faculty members at STE (17 professors, 42 associate professors included), of whom more than 44 has been awarded in different fields. In the past 3 years, our faculty members have published 6 monographs and more than 130 dissertations as well, including 4 published in SSCI journals, 2 published in EI journals and 55 published in CSSCI journals. What’s more, there are 14 National Natural Science Fund Projects and National Social Science Fund Projects, 18 Provincial Ministerial Projects, 30 city Bureau Subjects, which enabled us to obtain 4.83 million RMB research fund in total.
STE now has one discipline based on the provincial advantage discipline---applied economics, two key construction disciplines at the provincial level---national economics and political economics, one key development discipline at the provincial level---theoretical economics, one science and innovation team of “QingLan Project”at provincial level---the economic effects of value chain division, one characteristic specialty at the provincial level---the international trade & economics, three projects carried by national and local governments---international trade stimulated laboratory, electronic commerce laboratory and the economic decision and prediction laboratory, two characteristic specialties at the school level---economics and electronic commerce, one academic research institute sponsored by the university---national economic research institute, and two internal academic institutes---economy development & research center, and division, trade & infra-marginal research institute.
During “13th Five-Year”plan, we have Theoretical Economics and Applied Economics as university-level key discipline, Economics and Management of Cross-border E-commerce as university-level key inter-discipline, Cross-border e-commerce innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Center as Provincial Education Center, National Economic Research Institute and Sino-Hungaryacademic research institution as university-level academic institution, Centre of economic development and division of labor and transaction infra-marginal research institute as internal academic institution.
After the State Council approved the Master’s Degree Program in 2009 and the efforts of the school during 2009 and 2013, nine subordinate disciplines have been enrolled academic masters in 2014. The nine subordinate disciplines are as follows: national economics, regional economics, industrial economics, international trade, world economy, population, resources and environmental economics, western economics, political economics and quantitative economics. First five of them are under Applied Economics discipline and the rest are under Theoretical Economics.
Currently, there are about 1909full-time undergraduatesand 80 academic graduates at SET.Students at SETshow solid specialty foundations, steadfast work attitudes and excellent innovation abilities both in studying and working. In recent years, studentsin SET have published more than 70 papersin first-class journals such as China Industrial Economics, Journal of Audit & Economics, Industrial Economic Review, East China Economic Management and so on; more than 10 graduation theseshave been awarded the university or province level scholarship; nearly 30 students won prizein Chinese National College Students “Innovation, Originality and Entrepreneurship”Challenge; 150 studentslaunched “college students' innovative practice projects”under the auspicesof provincial government, university and SET. The employment rate of graduates, whichgains good social evaluation, is over 95%in consecutive years. According to the report of employment quality of NAU graduates conducted by MYCOSconsulting company, indicators such as competitivenessand recognition about graduates who majored in economics, e-commercetogether withinternational economics and trade are all at the top of the list among schools of finance and economics.
