一、學(xué)科、專業(yè)簡介 (Disciplines Instruction)
 
青島科技大學(xué)安全工程專業(yè)始建于2001年,并于2002開始招收本科生,是學(xué)校重點建設(shè)專業(yè)。于2006年取得“安全技術(shù)及工程”二級學(xué)科碩士學(xué)位授予權(quán),于2010年招收和培養(yǎng)工程碩士,于2011年取得“安全科學(xué)與工程”一級學(xué)科碩士學(xué)位授予權(quán),于2013年取得“安全與環(huán)境功能材料”二級博士點 。目前設(shè)有一個“安全工程”專業(yè)教研室和“化工過程安全中心”及“現(xiàn)代安全管理與技術(shù)發(fā)展中心”兩個研究機(jī)構(gòu)。本學(xué)科擁有青島市化工火災(zāi)預(yù)防與安全重點實驗室、青島市海洋環(huán)境腐蝕與安全防護(hù)工程研究中心、山東省海洋環(huán)境腐蝕與安全防護(hù)工程研究中心、山東省重點行業(yè)領(lǐng)域事故防范技術(shù)研究中心(危險化學(xué)品)等科研平臺,擁有中央與地方共建項目“化工安全與環(huán)境特色實驗室”、中央財政支持地方高校建設(shè)項目“化工過程安全與污染控制實驗室”和山東省高等學(xué)校骨干學(xué)科建設(shè)項目“環(huán)境與安全教學(xué)實驗中心”等實驗實踐教學(xué)平臺。安全工程專業(yè)現(xiàn)有專業(yè)教師22名,其中博士生導(dǎo)師2名,教授5名,副教授11名,17人具有博士學(xué)位。目前本科生在校生人數(shù)360人,碩士研究生在校人數(shù)100多人。本學(xué)科研究生畢業(yè)后進(jìn)入政府安監(jiān)部門、各類生產(chǎn)企業(yè)、安全評價公司、設(shè)計院或?qū)W校從事安全領(lǐng)域相關(guān)的工程、管理、教學(xué)、科研、咨詢服務(wù)等工作,部分學(xué)生繼續(xù)攻讀博士學(xué)位。
 
The major of safety engineering was set up in Qingdao University of Science and Technology (QUST) in 2002, which is the key subject of QUST. The grant authority of master degree in safety technology and engineering for grade II science division was achieved in 2006. The grant authority of master degree in engineering field was achieved in 2010. Furthermore, the grant authority of master degree in safety science and engineering for grade I science division was achieved in 2011. At the same time, the graduate students can also further their study for doctor degree in chemical safety or material safety fields. At present, the department of safety science and engineering includes the teaching group of safety engineering and two research centers (chemical process safety center and modern safety management and technology development center). This subject has scientific research platforms, including the Key Laboratory of Qingdao Chemical Fire Prevention and Safety, Qingdao Marine Environment Corrosion and Safety Protection Engineering Research Center, Shandong Marine Environment Corrosion and Safety Protection Engineering Research Center, Shandong Province Key Industry Field Accident Prevention Technology Research Center (dangerous chemicals), et al.  The discipline has a Central and Local Government Joint Development Project “Special Laboratory for Chemical Safety and Environment”, a Central Government Supporting Local University Built Project “Laboratory for Chemical Process Safety and Pollution Control” and a Shandong University Key Discipline Project “Teaching Experimental Center for Environment and Safety”. There are 22 teachers including 2 Ph.D. supervisors, 5 professors, 11 associate professors. Among them, 17 teachers have doctor degree. The number of undergraduates and post-graduates studying now is 360 and 100 respectively. Most of the post-graduates have joined government safety supervision department, various enterprises, companies of safety evaluation, designing institutes, universities or colleges and other organizations to conduct the various work about safety such as engineering, management, teaching, studying and technology service. Additionally, some post-graduates pursue doctor degree after graduation to polish their ability in the major of safety.
 
近年來在中央、地方及學(xué)校的大力支持下,我校安全科學(xué)與工程學(xué)科在師資隊伍、實驗室條件等軟硬件建設(shè)方面實現(xiàn)了快速發(fā)展,保證了安全工程專業(yè)教學(xué)水平穩(wěn)步提高。在此基礎(chǔ)上積極鼓勵教師開展科研工作,為研究生的培養(yǎng)打造了良好的學(xué)術(shù)平臺。我校安全科學(xué)與工程學(xué)科逐漸形成以下四個穩(wěn)定的研究方向:火災(zāi)動力學(xué)演化及事故模擬;化工過程安全;化工安全材料;安全風(fēng)險管理。
 
In recent years, with the strong support of the central, local and school, the science and engineering discipline of our school has developed rapidly in the construction of teachers and laboratory conditions, which ensures the steady improvement of the teaching level of safety engineering. On this basis, teachers should be encouraged to carry out scientific research work so as to create a good academic platform for postgraduate training. The discipline of safety science and Engineering in our school has gradually formed four stable research directions: fire dynamics evolution and accident simulation; chemical process safety; chemical safety materials; safety risk management.
 
安全科學(xué)與工程學(xué)科具有很強(qiáng)的學(xué)科交叉性,我校安全科學(xué)與工程學(xué)科正是依托其優(yōu)勢專業(yè)(化學(xué)、化工和材料)發(fā)展起來的,具有良好的研究基礎(chǔ),在人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究和解決地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展面臨的安全問題等方面有較強(qiáng)的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ〉昧艘慌芯砍晒?。?年承擔(dān)國家級項目11項、省部級項目8項以及一批企業(yè)委托課題;出版專著5部;發(fā)表論文200余篇,其中SCI、EI收錄100余篇;獲省部級科技獎勵11項,獲國家專利18項。
 
The department of safety science and engineering has a strong interdisciplinary nature. The science and engineering discipline of our school is based on its superior specialties (Chemistry, chemical and material), and has a good research base. There are strong problems in the training of talents, scientific research and the security problems facing the development of local economy. The development potential and a number of research results have been obtained. In the past 5 years, there are 11 national projects, 8 provincial and ministerial projects and a number of enterprise entrusted projects; 5 books are published and more than 200 articles are published, including more than 100 articles of SCI and EI; 6 of the provincial and ministerial scientific awards and 18 national patents.
 
 
 
二、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)(Objectives of Training)  
 
1. 掌握馬克思主義毛澤東思想的基本原理,深刻領(lǐng)會鄧小平理論,堅持四項基本原則,熱愛祖國、遵紀(jì)守法、堅持真理、具備嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)目茖W(xué)態(tài)度和優(yōu)良的職業(yè)道德。
 
To master the basic principles of Marxism and Mao Zedong Thought, to profoundly understand Deng Xiaoping Theory, to adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles and patriotism, to observe the disciplines and obey the laws, to persistently uphold the truth and to observe the rigorous scientific approach and excellent professional ethic.
 
2. 具有較強(qiáng)的安全意識,德、智、體全面發(fā)展,成為能夠為新世紀(jì)我國安全科技發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)的安全科學(xué)與工程專門人才。

3. 具備扎實的基礎(chǔ)知識及解決實際安全工程問題的技能和能力;了解和熟悉安全工程專業(yè)的發(fā)展動態(tài)及學(xué)術(shù)進(jìn)展;具備獨立從事安全工程相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究及成果轉(zhuǎn)化的能力。
 
Have solid basic knowledge and skills and abilities to solve practical safety engineering problems, understand and familiarity with the development of safety engineering and academic progress, and have the ability to independently engage in research and transformation of safety engineering related fields.
 
4. 掌握一門外語,具備良好的國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)交流能力,能熟練使用外語閱讀專業(yè)書籍、查閱文獻(xiàn)并撰寫論文。

三、學(xué)制及學(xué)習(xí)年限(Educational System and Length of Schooling)
 
碩士研究生學(xué)制為2-3年,學(xué)習(xí)年限一般不超過4年。其中課程學(xué)習(xí)一般為1~3學(xué)期,論文研究工作不少于1年;碩士生課程學(xué)習(xí)實行學(xué)分制,在學(xué)期間應(yīng)修35-37學(xué)分,其中學(xué)位課程≥17學(xué)分,研究環(huán)節(jié)8學(xué)分。
 
The master's degree is 2-3 years, and the length of schooling is generally less than 4 years. The course study is generally 1~3 term, and the research work of the thesis is not less than 1 years; the master's course study carries out the credit system and should take 35-37 credits between the semester, of which the degree course is more than 17 credits, and the research link is 8 credits.

This   orientation is one of the important research fields in safety science and   engineering. The characteristics of this research   field are typical in studying the chemical resource safety risk management,   chemical safety risk assessment and control, chemical safety standards.
 
 
 
六、論文的要求(Dissertation Requirements)
 
科學(xué)研究是研究生培養(yǎng)的必要組成部分,是提高研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。學(xué)位論文的選題應(yīng)體現(xiàn)本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的前沿性和先進(jìn)性,一般要與導(dǎo)師的科研任務(wù)相結(jié)合。鼓勵研究生在導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)下,通過閱讀文獻(xiàn)資料,自主選題。學(xué)位論文要有開題報告,中期檢查、論文答辯等過程,有明確的時間安排。在學(xué)期間發(fā)表論文或取得成果達(dá)到《青島科技大學(xué)研究生科研成果審核辦法及指標(biāo)》的要求;至少1篇與學(xué)位論文有關(guān)的SCI期刊論文(青島科技大學(xué)為第一署名單位;學(xué)生第一作者導(dǎo)師為通訊作者,或?qū)煹谝蛔髡邔W(xué)生第二作者)。
 
Scientific research is a necessary part of postgraduate training and a key link to improve the quality of postgraduate training. The topic selection of dissertation should reflect the frontier and advanced nature of the subject area, and generally combine with the scientific research task of the tutor. Graduate students are encouraged to choose their own topics through reading literature materials under the guidance of their tutors. Dissertations should have the process of opening questions, mid-term examination, and thesis defense and so on. Publishing papers or achieving results during the school period should meet the requirements of "Approaches and Indicators for Examining Graduate Scientific Research Achievements of Qingdao University of Science and Technology". At least one SCI journal paper related to degree papers should be published (Qingdao University of Science and Technology is the first signatory; the first author is the student and the tutor is the correspondent author, or the second author is the student and the first author is the tutor).
 
論文在答辯前要請兩位及其以上校外在安全科學(xué)與工程領(lǐng)域有較深造詣的專家盲評。論文答辯應(yīng)由校內(nèi)外專家組成的答辯委員會主持進(jìn)行。通過答辯者,準(zhǔn)予畢業(yè),并由校學(xué)位委員會批準(zhǔn),授予碩士學(xué)位。
 
Before answering the thesis, the paper should invite two experts who are more skilled in the field of safety science and engineering. The defense of thesis shall be conducted by the defense committee composed of experts from both inside and outside the school. The respondent will grant graduation and be awarded the master's degree by the school degree committee.
