一、學(xué)科、專業(yè)簡介 (Disciplines Instruction)
輕工技術(shù)與工程學(xué)科涵蓋了制漿造紙工程、發(fā)酵工程、染整、制糖工程和皮革化學(xué)與工程等學(xué)科。在
新世紀(jì),輕工技術(shù)與工程將對我國的社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)、人民生活水平的提高、社會和經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康與協(xié)
調(diào)發(fā)展及中國的繁榮富強(qiáng)起重要作用。本學(xué)科涉及輕工的工程設(shè)計、制造、檢測、改造、管理等基礎(chǔ)理論、
技術(shù)和方法,并與化學(xué)工程、生物工程、食品工程、材料工程、機(jī)械工程、計算機(jī)技術(shù)、控制工程、能源
工程、環(huán)境工程、制藥工程、農(nóng)業(yè)工程、林業(yè)工程等工程領(lǐng)域密切相關(guān)。
Light industry technology and engineering is a comprehensive discipline on the intersection of pulp and
paper engineering, sugar engineering, fermentation engineering and leather chemistry and engineering. In the new
century, light industry and engineering will certainly play an important role in the socialist modernization
construction, the improvement of people's living standard, the steady and coordinated development of society and
economy, and the prosperity of our country. This discipline involves the basic theory, technology and method on
design, manufacture, test, modification and management in light industry, and is closely relates to chemical
engineering, biological engineering, food engineering, materials engineering, mechanical engineering, computer
technology, control engineering, energy engineering, environment engineering, pharmaceutical engineering,
agricultural engineering, forestry engineering.
我校在制漿造紙工程和發(fā)酵工程兩個二級學(xué)科碩士點的基礎(chǔ)上于 2010 年成功獲得輕工技術(shù)與工程一
級學(xué)科碩士學(xué)位授予權(quán)。本學(xué)科師資力量雄厚,職稱、年齡結(jié)構(gòu)合理;教學(xué)科研條件良好,設(shè)備儀器齊全。
配有高效液相色譜儀、氣相色譜儀、Zeta 電位測定儀、TAPPI 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的成套紙頁抄造設(shè)備、馬爾文激光粒度
測定儀、超速離心機(jī)、全自動發(fā)酵罐等先進(jìn)儀器設(shè)備。在造紙濕部化學(xué)、輕工助劑合成與應(yīng)用、生物質(zhì)資
源開發(fā)與利用、加工紙與特種紙、微生物制藥、生物催化技術(shù)及生化分離技術(shù)等研究領(lǐng)域有較高水平。近
年來,先后承擔(dān)多項國家自然科學(xué)基金項目、省部級項目及橫向項目,獲得多項省部級獎勵及其他獎項,
獲得多項發(fā)明專利,尤其是實現(xiàn)了多項科研成果的產(chǎn)業(yè)化。
On the basis of two secondary discipline master's degree programs, pulp and paper engineering and
fermentation engineering, we further successfully got the authority to launch master degree programs of the
discipline in light industry technology and engineering in 2010. At present, this discipline possesses solid
qualified teachers with rational technical titles and age structure, and is provided with good conditions for both
teaching and research. Many modern instruments and equipments, such as High performance liquid
chromatograph (HLPC), gas chromatograph (GC), Zeta-potential determinator, a set of paper making equipments
based on TAPPI standard, Malvern laser particle analyzer, ultracentrifuge, full-automatic fermentation tank, are 
equipped in the above laboratories. The research achievements and results on papermaking wet-end chemistry,
synthesis and application of additives in light chemical engineering, exploitation and utilization of biomass
resources, converted paper and specialty paper, microbial pharmaceutical, biological catalytic technology and
biochemical separation technique, etc, are all at a higher level. In recent years, dozens of research projects from
natural science foundation of China, province and ministry, and enterprises have been assumed/accomplished,
awards from province and ministry and other research awards have been granted, scores of research results have
been successfully transformed into productivity. Not only inventive patents have been authorized, but also
academic monograph, academic papers with higher research level have been issued in China and abroad.
二、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo) (Objectives of Training)
本學(xué)科培養(yǎng)具有扎實的輕工技術(shù)與工程基礎(chǔ)理論和寬廣的專業(yè)知識,了解本學(xué)科最新科研發(fā)展動向,
具備熟練的專業(yè)實驗技能,具有獨立從事輕工技術(shù)與工程領(lǐng)域的科學(xué)研究和新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的能力以及專業(yè)外
語閱讀和口語能力,能在輕工技術(shù)與工程領(lǐng)域從事設(shè)計開發(fā)、科學(xué)研究、教學(xué)和管理等工作的高層次人才。
This discipline aims to train senior research talents with rich elementary theory and broad knowledge of
light industry technology and engineering, who will be engaged in research and development in this technology
and engineering field. The master students of this discipline should grasp the basic theory and specialty
knowledge of light industry technology and engineering, get wise to the latest scientific development trend of
relevant majors, possess good special experimental skills, be capable of being independently engaged in scientific
research and developing new products in light industry technology and engineering, be able to read and talk about
the related majors with foreign languages, and be able to engage in the design development, scientific research,
education, and management in modern chemical and related industries..
三、學(xué)制及學(xué)習(xí)年限(Educational System and Length of Schooling)
碩士研究生學(xué)制為 3 年,可根據(jù)實際情況允許研究生提前或延期畢業(yè),一般不超過 4 年。課程學(xué)習(xí)為
1~2 學(xué)期,論文工作不少于 1 年。碩士生課程學(xué)習(xí)實行學(xué)分制,至少應(yīng)修 40 學(xué)分, 其中學(xué)位課程≥18 學(xué)
分,研究環(huán)節(jié) 13 學(xué)分。
The basic length of schooling for master's postgraduate education shall be two to three years, the
postgraduates are allowed to graduate according the actual requirements,but always less than four years. The
length of curriculum is usually one to four terms, and the time of writing a paper is at least one year. The studying
of master's post graduate courses carry out the credit system, the students should obtain forty to forty-two credits
during the studying. The degree courses are at least eighteen credits, the research links are thirteen credits.

Using modern biotechnology, analytical techniques to transform and upgrade
traditional wine production process, research and develop the commmon of wine industry
and key technologies, accelerate the technological upgrading of traditional products, wine
industry progress, etc六、課程教學(xué)(Course Teaching)
研究生課程實行學(xué)分制,分為學(xué)位課和非學(xué)位課兩部分,每個專業(yè)應(yīng)積極創(chuàng)造條件逐步做到至少有一
門專業(yè)課用外語講授。每位研究生在學(xué)期間應(yīng)修完個人培養(yǎng)計劃中所要求的學(xué)分,方能進(jìn)入中期考核。
The courses are divided into two parts, degree courses and non-degree courses, with an assessment system
of credit. Each specialty should actively create conditions to gradually achieve that at least one specialized course
should be given in English. Each postgraduate should complete the required credits in the cultivation plan to enter
the mid-term assessment.
研究生課程的教學(xué)方法應(yīng)建立以研究生為主體的教學(xué)方式,充分發(fā)揮研究生的主動性和自覺性,更多
地采用啟發(fā)式、研討式及參與式的教學(xué)方法。課程考核分考試與考查,除特殊情況外,學(xué)位公共課一般采
用閉卷考試。學(xué)位基礎(chǔ)課、學(xué)位專業(yè)課采取閉、開卷考試與考查相結(jié)合的方式。
Student-oriented teaching method should be established, making full use of students’ initiative and
self-consciousness, adopting heuristic, seminar-style and participatory means more. Examination and test are used
to evaluate students. Except politics for Doctor’s Degree, public degree courses generally use a closed-book exam.
Basic degree courses and professional degree courses use a combination of closed-book, open-book exam and
test.
七、論文的要求(Dissertation Requirements)
學(xué)位論文是碩士研究生培養(yǎng)的重要要組成部分。論文涉及內(nèi)容應(yīng)選對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展有切實相關(guān)
意義的課題或是學(xué)科前沿課題;學(xué)位論文要突出創(chuàng)新性、前沿性和科學(xué)性。課題研究與論文撰寫是對研究
生進(jìn)行科學(xué)研究或承擔(dān)專門技術(shù)工作的全面訓(xùn)練,是研究生綜合運用所學(xué)知識,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、分析問題和解
決問題能力的過程,是對研究生綜合能力的評判。
This is a major component in the process of cultivating postgraduate students. Research paper should focus
on issues that have great significance for China's economic and social development, or is the frontier, important
subject. The dissertation should be innovative and scientific. This is a comprehensive training of what the students
are researching or undertaking specialized tasks, a process of finding, analyzing and solving problems, and a
judgment of a student’s comprehensive abilities.
學(xué)生應(yīng)在導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)下,在第 2~3 學(xué)期在一級學(xué)科范圍內(nèi)確定論文題目、制定研究計劃,并經(jīng)研究
室審核后報研究生部,并接受研究生部和學(xué)院的定期檢查。學(xué)位論文必須獨立完成,要做到資料可靠,理
論正確、思路清晰、有創(chuàng)新點。按照《中華人民共和國學(xué)位條例》和《青島科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位授予工作細(xì)
則》的規(guī)定,經(jīng)答辯合格者授予碩士學(xué)位。
Students should choose topics, make plans, and submit to the postgraduate department under the guidance
of tutors in the second or third term. The dissertation should be finished independently, with reliable resources,
correct theories, clear thoughts and creative ideas. Those who pass the graduation oral examination through the
discussion of College Degree Assessment Points Committee, after being reported to and approved by School
Academic Degree Evaluation Committee, will be awarded a Master’s degree
