  教育背景
  學(xué)習(xí)和工作經(jīng)歷:
  1985年9月—1989年7月,山東師范大學(xué)生物系,學(xué)士學(xué)位;
  1989年9月—1992年7月,南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)系,碩士學(xué)位;
  1992年9月—1995年10月,中國(guó)科學(xué)院海洋研究所,博士學(xué)位;
  1995年10月—1998年6月,山東大學(xué)微生物技術(shù)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,博士后;
  1998年6月—至今,山東大學(xué)微生物技術(shù)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室 工作。
  2005年5月—2005年9月,美國(guó)威斯康星州立大學(xué)高級(jí)訪問學(xué)者;并先后訪問俄亥俄州立大學(xué)、UCLA、夏威夷大學(xué)、華盛頓大學(xué)西雅圖分校。
  2005年10月—2005年12月,荷蘭萊頓大學(xué),高級(jí)訪問學(xué)者;
  2007年9月—2008年10,德國(guó)馬普學(xué)會(huì)生物物理研究所,高級(jí)訪問學(xué)者;
  2005年至今,一直與荷蘭萊頓大學(xué)、美國(guó)俄亥俄州立大學(xué)、夏威夷大學(xué)、德國(guó)馬普學(xué)會(huì)生物物理研究所保持良好的合作關(guān)系。
  
  學(xué)術(shù)兼職
  中國(guó)微生物學(xué)會(huì)海洋微生物專業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任委員、中國(guó)微生物學(xué)會(huì)農(nóng)業(yè)微生物專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員。
  
  研究方向
  一、海洋微生物學(xué)與海洋微生物技術(shù)
  1.深、遠(yuǎn)海微生物資源的多樣性、重要的生命過程與環(huán)境響應(yīng)。
  主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括:深海、極地等極端環(huán)境下微生物資源的多樣性、生命過程及其對(duì)低溫、寡營(yíng)養(yǎng)等極端環(huán)境的生態(tài)適應(yīng)機(jī)制;微生物參與的深海、極地等極端環(huán)境下有機(jī)氮、有機(jī)碳的降解機(jī)制及生物地球化學(xué)循環(huán)過程;深海、極地極端微生物資源及其基因資源的開發(fā)利用。
  2.海洋藍(lán)藻(藍(lán)細(xì)菌)和單細(xì)胞紅藻光合作用機(jī)理與調(diào)節(jié)
  近來主要研究?jī)?nèi)容:藍(lán)藻和紅藻光合作用捕光復(fù)合物—藻膽蛋白、連接蛋白的結(jié)構(gòu)、功能與進(jìn)化;藻膽體的三維結(jié)構(gòu)、藻膽蛋白與連接蛋白的相互作用及藻膽體自組裝的分子機(jī)制;藻膽體¬-類囊體膜光合作用光系統(tǒng)的天然超分子結(jié)構(gòu),包括藻膽體在類能體膜上的二維排列、藻膽體與光系統(tǒng)的相互作用、能量吸收傳遞過程及其對(duì)光強(qiáng)的生態(tài)適應(yīng)機(jī)制。藻類生物能源的研究與開發(fā)。
  二、農(nóng)業(yè)微生物學(xué)與農(nóng)業(yè)微生物技術(shù)
  主要研究?jī)?nèi)容:木霉屬真菌與植物的相互作用,包括促進(jìn)植物生長(zhǎng)、誘導(dǎo)植物抗病性的機(jī)制;木霉屬真菌與土壤中其它微生物的相互作用;木霉屬真菌對(duì)植物土傳病害的生物防治及其機(jī)制;木霉屬真菌微生物技術(shù)、微生物農(nóng)藥、微生物肥料的研究與開發(fā)。
  
  承擔(dān)課題
  近年來,主持承擔(dān)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、國(guó)家863計(jì)劃課題、973前期專項(xiàng)課題、科技部國(guó)家合作重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、以及省部級(jí)課題等多項(xiàng)課題,研究經(jīng)費(fèi)充足。
