  個(gè)人情況簡(jiǎn)介
  徐進(jìn)宜,教授,博導(dǎo),藥學(xué)院藥物化學(xué)教研室副主任。

  主要研究方向
 ?。?)心血管新藥分子的設(shè)計(jì)與合成研究;(2)天然活性產(chǎn)物的結(jié)構(gòu)修飾、半合成及生物活性研究。

  擔(dān)任國(guó)家863計(jì)劃評(píng)審專(zhuān)家、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金評(píng)審專(zhuān)家和農(nóng)業(yè)部獸藥審評(píng)專(zhuān)家;擔(dān)任Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, Current Medicinal Chemistry,European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry 等雜志特邀審稿人。

  研究經(jīng)歷包括:
  非肽類(lèi)血管緊張素II受體拮抗劑的設(shè)計(jì)與合成研究;AT1受體拮抗劑類(lèi)新藥氯沙坦、依貝沙坦、坎地沙坦的合成工藝研究;血管緊張素AT1受體和內(nèi)皮素ETA受體雙重拮抗劑的研究;新型抗高血壓藥物及抗心衰藥物的研究;新型α1-受體阻斷劑及鈣拮抗劑的研究;選擇性環(huán)氧化酶II抑制劑的研究;非苯二氮卓類(lèi)GABAA受體激動(dòng)劑的研究;COX-2/5-LOX雙重抑制劑的研究;23-羥基白樺酸的結(jié)構(gòu)改造與生物活性研究;喜樹(shù)堿的結(jié)構(gòu)修飾與生物活性研究;天然活性產(chǎn)物XJP的全合成及其類(lèi)似物的設(shè)計(jì)合成研究;冬凌草甲素的結(jié)構(gòu)修飾與生物活性研究;手性O(shè)cotillol型人參皂苷衍生物的設(shè)計(jì)合成研究;在日本近畿大學(xué)完成了天然活性產(chǎn)物Gregatin B的全合成研究。

  在國(guó)內(nèi)外期刊發(fā)表論文80余篇,其中SCI論文40余篇;申請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)明專(zhuān)利20項(xiàng),參編著作9部。指導(dǎo)博士研究生、碩士研究生共32名,榮獲教書(shū)育人優(yōu)秀教師獎(jiǎng)。
