【個(gè)人情況綜述】   1990年獲美國(guó)南卡羅萊納大學(xué)博士學(xué)位?,F(xiàn)任東北師范大學(xué)生命科學(xué)院教授。長(zhǎng)期從事基因的克隆、基因的表達(dá)及基因的調(diào)節(jié)研究工作,完成了多個(gè)基因的克隆工作,建立了多種細(xì)胞模型、轉(zhuǎn)基因動(dòng)物模型,以及多個(gè)基因的定位敲除動(dòng)物模型。先后在Nature, Science,PNAS,BLOOD,JBC等權(quán)威雜志上發(fā)表了多篇論文。1993年開(kāi)始從事與心血管病有關(guān)的凝血蛋白酶(血栓素)受體的研究工作,在血栓素受體基因克隆、基因表達(dá),以及利用轉(zhuǎn)基因動(dòng)物和最新的基因敲除技術(shù)在血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子(VEGF)基因的功能等方面進(jìn)行了大量的、深入的研究,并取得了一系列科研成果,在國(guó)際血栓素受體和血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子研究領(lǐng)域內(nèi)占有重要學(xué)術(shù)地位。   【學(xué)習(xí)工作簡(jiǎn)歷】   1978 — 1982 山西大學(xué)生命科學(xué)院植物生理學(xué)學(xué)生,獲得學(xué)士學(xué)位;   1985 — 1990 美國(guó)南卡羅萊納大學(xué)生命科學(xué)系分子遺傳學(xué)研究生,獲得博士學(xué)位;   1990 — 1993 美國(guó)加州大學(xué)舊金山分校病理系,博士后;   1982 — 1984 山西大學(xué)生命科學(xué)院助教   1985 — 1990 美國(guó)南卡羅萊納大學(xué)生命科學(xué)系,研究助教   1990 — 1993 美國(guó)加州大學(xué)舊金山分校 心血管研究所,專(zhuān)職助研究員   1993 — 1996 美國(guó)加州大學(xué)舊金山分校 心血管研究所,專(zhuān)職副研究員   2000 — 2003 美國(guó)加州大學(xué)舊金山分校 心血管研究所,專(zhuān)職研究員一級(jí)   2003 — 2006 美國(guó)加州大學(xué)舊金山分校心血管研究所,專(zhuān)職研究員二級(jí)   2006 — 現(xiàn)在 美國(guó)加州大學(xué)舊金山分校心血管研究所,專(zhuān)職研究員三級(jí)   2005 — 現(xiàn)在 東北師范大學(xué)生命科學(xué)院膜通道實(shí)驗(yàn)室,教授   【社會(huì)學(xué)術(shù)兼職】   現(xiàn)任北美生物科技學(xué)會(huì)(SCBA)會(huì)員,華園科技學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員(HYSTA)會(huì)員,美西醫(yī)藥協(xié)會(huì)(SAPA- West)會(huì)員,以及中國(guó)細(xì)胞生物學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)(CSCB)會(huì)員。
