  牛云垠, 男,42歲,理學(xué)博士,教授,河南省高等學(xué)校骨干教師,鄭州大學(xué)骨干教師,碩士研究生導(dǎo)師,河南省學(xué)術(shù)技術(shù)帶頭人, 鄭州大學(xué)引進(jìn)人才優(yōu)秀個(gè)人。1992-1995年在鄭州大學(xué)化學(xué)系攻讀碩士學(xué)位,從事二茂鐵酰腙類配合物的合成;1999-2002在南京大學(xué)化學(xué)系攻讀博士學(xué)位。主要從事原子簇類化合物的合成與三階非線性光學(xué)性能研究;2002-至今在鄭州大學(xué)化學(xué)系工作,主要研究工作為超分子,無機(jī)金屬聚合物,原子簇聚合物結(jié)構(gòu)與性能的關(guān)系。

  九年來共主持2項(xiàng)國家自然科學(xué)基金,主持1項(xiàng)河南省杰出青年基金,主持1項(xiàng)中國博士后科學(xué)基金;并獲1項(xiàng)河南省科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng),1項(xiàng)河南省自然科學(xué)優(yōu)秀論文一等獎(jiǎng),2項(xiàng)二等獎(jiǎng)。 1997年至今,先后在國內(nèi)外知名刊物發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文58篇,其中SCI論文51篇,核心期刊6篇,截止到2010年底,總的被引用次數(shù)超過165次。并為國際期刊Dalton Trans, Cryst. Growth Des., CrystEngComm, New J. Chem., J. Solid State Chem.等的審稿人。Global J. Inorg. Chem.編委,University of Malaya博士論文External Examiner, 申請和參與發(fā)明專利各一項(xiàng)。合作出版專著2部。
