  研究興趣:
  生物熒光分子探針:過(guò)渡金屬及重金屬?gòu)V泛地存在于自然界中,其中的一些元素在生命過(guò)程中具有非常重要的功能,如已知銅在腫瘤血管生長(zhǎng)因子中扮演非常重要的調(diào)節(jié)作用,鋅廣泛參與細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育、基因轉(zhuǎn)錄、神經(jīng)傳遞等各種重要生命過(guò)程;而另外一些元素則在很低濃度時(shí)就對(duì)生物具有極強(qiáng)的毒性,如鉛能引起消化系統(tǒng)、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)及心臟的病變,汞對(duì)腎功能會(huì)引起嚴(yán)重?fù)p傷。因此,這些物質(zhì)的檢測(cè)對(duì)生命、環(huán)境和醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)以及工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)等具有重要的意義。
  課題研究具有高靈敏性、快速響應(yīng)、高空間分辨率的熒光分子探針,探討探針的識(shí)別機(jī)制,用無(wú)損傷細(xì)胞的方法測(cè)定細(xì)胞內(nèi)游離金屬的濃度,研究某種能夠通透細(xì)胞膜的金屬探針試劑,并在細(xì)胞內(nèi)與金屬離子發(fā)生作用等,可望用于細(xì)胞內(nèi)的分子熒光成像。
  功能高分子材料、熒光高分子:研究特殊結(jié)構(gòu)高分子(超支化高分子、樹(shù)枝狀高分子、溫敏高分子、pH敏感高分子)的熒光響應(yīng)、能量傳遞、生物模擬以及高分子結(jié)構(gòu)與熒光相互作用的規(guī)律。這方面研究期望用于人造太陽(yáng)能光收集、熒光離子捕獲、熒光染料以及生物標(biāo)記與藥物輸運(yùn)領(lǐng)域。
